Pricing questions
- What is a credit?
- A credit is one answer from the API: one role detail or one search page. Batch enrichment costs 1 credit per role, and /v1/search/with-details costs the search pages plus 1 credit per role detail. GET /v1/usage itemizes what every request cost.
- Do credits roll over?
- Plan credits do not roll over — monthly and annual grants reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits are different: they never expire and are drawn down after your plan credits are used.
- What happens when I hit zero credits?
- Requests return a 402 payment_required error until you buy a top-up pack or your next grant arrives. Nothing is deleted — your keys, webhooks, and job history stay intact, and requests succeed again the moment credits are added.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open the billing portal from your dashboard to cancel, switch plans, or update your card. Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Contact nikhil@landkit.pro with your account email and, if relevant, the request ids involved. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and answered by email.
